Ben Weil

Mr. Weil was until January 2007, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Americo Real Estate, Ltd., a Dallas based company he co-founded in 1998 which specialized in acquisitions of industrial and office/flex properties. He directed the investment and disposition strategy of Americo and was responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including debt placement, equity raising, financial reporting to lenders and investors, and investor relations. He was also responsible for the day to day management of Americo's portfolio including the training of Americo's asset managers and leasing personnel. He has coordinated over $250 million in real estate transactions and arranged approximately $150 million in debt since 1998. Prior to founding Americo, Mr. Weil was president of Industrial Associates, Inc. for 14 years, which was a full service real estate brokerage firm. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in finance.
